How much does it cost to get a tattoo?

At Drop the Ink, the minimum cost is $150, it depends on the artist, no matter how small or simple your design is, and after that it’s charged hourly (some artists has different hourly fee). Please consult the studio for more information.

Do I need an appointment?

It’s always better to make an appointment so that the artists can prepare for the consultation and be ready for you. However, we also accept walk-in customers.

Do you accept walk-in?

Yes, we accept walk-in customers! However, you’ll have to work with available artists at the moment, so if you want any specific artists, it’s better to make an appointment for consultaion.

Do you charge for consultation?

No, we do not charge for consultation. During the consultation we will talk about the price, your tattoo ideas and concepts, and other info that you want to know about.

Do I have to leave deposit?

Yes, the deposit is $50-100. The deposit is for the design discussed, any changes and a drawing fee. Deposits are non-refundable under no circumstances. If the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited

How old do i have to be to get a tattoo?

You have to be 18 yrs old or older (please bring your Photo ID), However, If you are under the age of 18 but over 16, we will accpet you with your parental consent.

Do you guys do tattoo cover up/ fix up?

Yes, we do tattoo cover ups. Please come to out studio for consultation and more info.

Do you guys use disposable needle?

We follow requirments from Toronto Public health, and we only use disposable supply & needles for tattoo. We can assure you that we have very clean environment.
